Which Countries Do We Deliver To?
- For orders to United States will take 5-15 business days to arrive.
- For orders to South America will take 12-30 business days to arrive.
- For orders to Europe will take 5-15 business days to arrive.
- For orders to Australia will take 8-15 business days to arrive.

We offer paid expedited services, with delivery to regions such as the United States and Europe in 3-5 / 5-7 days. If you have any needs, please contact us. The price depends on the specific situation.
P.S. Prices for the U.S. region include tariffs, we handle customs clearance for you.
Which Shipping Method Do We Take?
We use major carriers like UPS, DHL, FedEx and other local courier partners to ship your packages. The shipping provider is determined by package weight, size, and destination, etc.
How Can I Track My Order?
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. For orders with larger quantities, the order processing time may require an additional 1-2 days.
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

Shipping Fee, Tax & Duties
Shipping fee is calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing and shipping fees.
We ship to all locations (except U.S.A.) on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. However, if you require a tariff-inclusive shipping option, please contact us in advance.
Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes for the location that you’re shipping to. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, please contact your local customs.
