This was probably one of my best purchases. They reached out to confirm the sizes that I chose. Worked with me on figuring it out. I’m new to embroidery. Sent a few extra brackets. Kept communicating until i received the product and even sent me more. I purchased the 8 and 1 and kit with 4 hoops

I am so happy with this purchase. The magnets are very strong and it holds your fabric and stabilizer in place perfectly. Wish I would have found them prior to buying other brands. Warning - Be careful because it will pinch your fingers.

This works fantastic! So much easier that other hoops. Don't know why I waited as long as I did. My only complaint and it's a non issue is I wish they would have used larger screws for attaching the frame to the metal spanners. They just feel undersized. Will be buying other sizes soon!

I placed my order on 10/14 and it was delivered on 11/5. Not too bad since I'm in the states. I love these hoops they work great with my Ricoma embroidery machine and they were only a fraction of the cost compared to the other popular magnetic hoops. I also love the amazing customer service and quick response from the company. Will be buying some more hoops very soon.
